Back in s_d 2.0, I posted that all-star ww issue and I went half a page over the limit (when I was counting the pages I forgot to count the two-page spread as two pages and not one). When I got Mod Hat telling me to get the page limit down I did and then I deleted the Mod Hat post thinking it was okay now that I had deleted the half a page. That got me suspended for a couple of weeks, because you're not supposed to delete posts no matter what.
Recently I sent an e-mail to PAD asking permission to post a couple of pages from some of his issues (I was planning on making a May/Jarvis post, and they appeared in a couple of his FNSM issues) and he said it was okay, and then I asked the mods for permission and they said "We don't allow PAD stories, a rule that was *voted on by the community*, so you contact him behind our backs and try to present us with a done deal." If they just said not to post it I wouldn't have, but they acted like I was being deceptive or something. They also said my trying to get permission was part of a "continued pattern of behavior where you seek to circumvent Scans_Daily's rules."
And I posted a full Shintaro Kago story (the one with the sumo wrestlers), along with a link to where it could be downloaded when someone said they wanted to show the story to their friends but couldn't because the post was friendlocked. Previously the mods said this was all ok (and, Kago is ok with the website himself), but I guess the rules got changed and I didn't know about it.
